I joined Crossfit in NOV, with a push from my bfriend Josh but it wasn't until about 30 days ago that I decided to make a true commitment to my diet and fitness, when I started the 30 day lockdown. My eating habits have been forever altered, and never again will I eat Mac n Cheese with mashed potatoes for dinner and call it a balanced meal :)
