- banana (knew I was going to have a hard workout today so thought I needed extra energy)
Workout:
10 rounds for time
10 wall balls
10 jumping pull ups
11:53 time
Dinner:
- tuna casserole
- salad w/homemade ranch
- individual packet of mini m&m's
