So today Lori's little sis Kelly joined the ranks and did quite well so yay!
Breakfast:
- egg mcmuffin w/sausage and fat free cheese
Lunch:
- smart ones salisbury steak and mac n cheese frozen meal
Snack:
- pieces deli chicken
- 1 c LF cottage cheese
Workout:
100 ft walking lunges, then 20-15-10-5 jumping pull ups and sit ups
10:03 time
Dinner:
- small salad w/veggies and ranch
- stuffed bell pepper (w/ground beef, mushrooms, rice)
