Lockdown Day 3

Breakfast

Banana pancakes, made with:
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 1.5 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp almond butter


Lunch
-----------
- salad w/chicken, red pepper, carrot, newman's own light italian drsg
- 4 cashews
not really hungry after lunch

Snack:
- chick breast
- carrots
- 4 cashews

Workout:
5 min row warmup
Push Press, 1RM 55lbs
- wasn't able to do mini metcon this time bc of bronchitis
