Still feeling pretty good, going strong!
Breakfast:
- 2 pieces canadian bacon
- banana
- 8 almonds
Lunch:
- leftover pot roast/veggies
- 4 strawberries
- 5 cashews
LOTS OF WATER
Snack:
- red pepper strips
- few slices of ham
- 4 cashews
Workout:
warm up, (10) air sqats x2, (10) pushups x2, 5 pull ups then 8, 12 situps then 10
- hang snatch 30 lbs
- felt like I sucked at this exercise!
min metcon:
- rowed for 30 sec on/30 sec off, decreasing increments 30/30, 30/25, 30/20, etc
- did pretty good for me and for having bronchitis!
Dinner:
- ham, deli slices
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 strawberries
- handful of cashews
