- 1 orange
was in a hurry so didn't eat nuts/seeds
Lunch:
- turkey
- carrots
- sunflower seeds
- 32 oz water
Snack:
- deli chicken, few slices w/1 piece fat free cheese
- 1 small piece turkey
- sug free lemonade packet mixed w water
- carrots
- cashews
Dinner:
- 1 egg +1/2 c egg beaters
- tomatoes & spinach
- 3 pieces of lean ham
- 1 piece fat free cheese
- sunflower seeds
